Shipping policy

Shipping and Terms:

1. All transportation outside Kaniyakumari will be sent in Thermocol Box - ₹600
2. Minimum order value of ₹4000 for shipping outside TamilNadu
3. Transportation charges depends upon the state and districts (Flights and Buses)
4. Unboxing video (clear video of fish inside the packet) must for dead on arrival and should be sent within 4 hours of arrival.
5. Dead on arrival will be compensated with fishes on next shipment (sizes can vary).
6. Live fishes once sold cannot be returned.
